The factory area of the company is about 10000 square meters. At
present, there are 60 employees, including 20 technical backbones
and management personnel, accounting for 53%. The production
workshop covers an area of 15000 square meters. The injection
molding workshop has 26 injection molding machines, mainly
including 20 280 ton and 350 ton battery injection molding machines
imported from Japan by Sumitomo and Toshiba, of which 80% are
electric motors
The mold workshop has imported spark machines, milling machines,
lathes, grinders and other machines at home and abroad, as well as
advanced technologies for domestic product and mold development.
The output of product molds is large, including 13 sets of 2.0CC
molds for all plastic pumps, mainly 64 cavity molds. 4.0CC 13 sets
of moulds, mainly 64 cavity moulds.The installation workshop has
introduced 13 production lines of advanced fully automated
installation and production equipment, and two new production lines
of all plastic pumps (two new plants). The daily output of 2.0CC
all plastic pumps is about 70,000 sets;
